How to play BirdGacha

Open packs, collect bird cards, and explore battles and the public field guide.

Open your first pack

Each pack contains five cards. A pack refills every 60 seconds, up to a natural cap of 10. Mission rewards can exceed that cap. Click a pack, reveal its cards, and find them in your collection.

Explore your collection

Filter and sort your cards in the Binder. The public field guide is available without owning any cards. It includes names, taxonomy, source records and illustrations.

Discover more ways to play

Build a team for solo or team battles, daily boss raids and expeditions. Card rarity and combat values are game mechanics. Extinct legendary birds are distinguished from the living-species catalog.

Hear birds where recordings are available

Open a game card to try attributed field recordings. Audio coverage varies by species; external providers can be unavailable or rate limited.

Keep your progress

Progress is stored in this browser and origin. Export an encrypted full backup from the Binder, or connect optional encrypted cloud sync. Keep your backup password and recovery key safe; they cannot be recovered for you.
