Privacy & saved progress

How BirdGacha stores progress and uses optional sync and analytics.

Local progress

Game progress is stored in browser storage, including IndexedDB and local storage. Storage is separate for each browser and domain. Clearing site data can remove your progress; export a full encrypted backup first.

Optional cloud sync

Cloud sync stores encrypted snapshots in Cloudflare D1. Encryption happens on your device. Your recovery key is required to read or update the snapshot. Disconnecting a device does not by itself delete the cloud copy; use the game's cloud deletion control if required.

Analytics and external resources

Google Analytics measures page views and game interactions and may use cookies. Bird art, fonts and recordings can load from external providers, which receive the network requests needed to deliver them. Do not place recovery keys or private save contents in public links or feedback.
